Meet Ups – Workshops – Coaching

Sometimes we need to –

  • Hear ourselves speaking and be heard to become clearer
  • Sort out pieces of our lives in order to put them together in different ways or add missing pieces
  • Re-light our inner fires for energy face things we find difficult to accept or do.
Susan Cook - coaching to connection

Our events are designed for you to tap into yourself in new ways. You may discover things that keep you “stuck” and limit your possibilities. As you uncover your deeper longings, they will lead you to new ways of moving through obstacles and having the outcomes that serve you best.

A word from Christina Dietmann, photographer: “Susan and Sandy are two warm-hearted and wise women and I felt safe and in good hands [yet sometimes out of my comfort zone] all of the time in our workshop. Their course has started lots of thinking and feeling processes within me, which even now – a few weeks later – are still continuing. I recommend them to all women who want to turn their view onto and into themselves to lead a more aware, appreciative life in sync with themselves and their contemporaries. They are handing their participants tools that are usable in their everyday life and that help to go one’s own way with more awareness.”

Enjoy topical, fun, provocative conversation with women of all ages and persuasions!

A word about this workshop–

We are often too busy to notice our transitions through life and moving through our 50’s to our 60’s and beyond is no exception. In this workshop, we will help you imagine and explore creative options for “aging gracefully” based on your needs and deepest desires for this phase of life. Together we’ll look at the challenges, changes, and choices of “retirement.” You will leave with specific next steps for becoming an even more empowered elder woman!

If you’re going to live, leave a legacy. Make a mark on the world that can’t be erased–         Maya Angelou

“Both Susan and Sandy can help you uncover underlying parts of yourself that often hold the keys to what we need and want. They both have helped me and my friends discover ways to break through impasses to better know and be ourselves.”

Coaches and facilitators:

Susan Cook, M.C.

Trained in counseling psychology, Susan holds  Master of Counseling degree. She has a lifetime of experience facilitating people in a variety of settings from private practice to consulting in a Fortune 500 business. Her passion is coaching people in uncovering their inner truths for empowering them to their daily lives. Currently, her work focuses on guiding women through transitions, particularly those challenges and opportunities in mid-life and beyond.

I am passionate about accompanying people through a sometimes challenging, murky, or lonely process that requires someone to bear witness and lend a seasoned hand. I listen and stoke the wisdom of their inner fires that guides them through their transitions.

Sandrina Weller, Coach, SIC

Sandy, for over twenty years, has been sought out by many different women to share their stories with her. She listens, seeks to understand, offers perspective and supports their ideas for possible solutions. She helps women to remember their own potential and their inside power which awaits in them to improve their situations.

My motivation to support other women comes from my own life experiences that continues teaching me that change is possible. Always. And trusting ourselves is the first step into a new direction.
